| Description: | Our format will be different than other conferences we have attended. We are going to focus more on group discussions. There will not be a trainer training everyone else. Some topics we may discuss include: finding balance, recognition, discussing the directors binder & career path, team meeting formats, and the leader trip that should be announced by then. We hope you can join us at this amazing first annual Thirty-One Leadership Retreat! ***Please note that no registration fees will be refunded unless we can find someone to take your place.
