| Description: | First Annual Spring Festival for the Elizabeth R. Smith Melanoma Cancer Memorial Fund. There will be arts and crafts vendors, childrens activities, gospel singing featuring at least 14 singing groups during the day, food vendors and a silent and live auction. Proceeds from the Spring Festival will benefit the Elizabeth R. Smith Melanoma Cancer Memorial Fund and will be used for the research and prevention of melanoma cancer. The Spring Festival will be held at the John A. Patten Recreation Center in the Lookout Valley (Tiftonia) community of Chattanooga. The Spring Festival will be located approximately 1 mile from Interstate 24 at Exit 175. | |

| Take EXIT 175 off Interstate 24 in Chattanooga, TN. If going West on I-24, turn LEFT at end of exit ramp. If going East on I-24, turn RIGHT at end of exit ramp. Go approximately 1 mile on Browns Ferry Road and just prior to the first traffic light, you will turn RIGHT onto Kellys Ferry Road.
