Ever since that time, the Festival has been a collaborative effort between the City of Portland, our businesses, our farmers, our schools, the Chamber of Commerce, our churches, our fraternal and civic organizations, our musicians, and many others. Our annual Festival is our time to showcase Portland, and we invite you to come join us for the festivities!
