The Factory at Franklin is a 12 building dining, shopping, and entertainment complex listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The buildings, once home to the Magic Chef Stove Company, are now alive with concerts, boutiques, live theatre, offices, and events. The site also offers 1,000 free parking spaces.
Franklin TN is an affluent community in the southern part of the Nashville metropolitan area. The town is home to many notable residents such as Lee Greenwood, Ashley Judd, and Johnny Depp. Other nearby communities include Lieper's Fork (home to Nicole Kidman & the Judds), plus Brentwood, Spring Hill, and Columbia,TN.
