The Fall Heritage Festival is a celebration of life in the foothills of the Cumberland Plateau, engaging regional communities through the educational and inspirational experience of history, music, arts, and civic involvement.
Held in Cowan, TN the third weekend of September, the festival will include food, music, entertainment, juried arts & crafts, living history, classic and antique Cruise-In, Beauty Pageant, Cornbread Contest and activities for children of all ages.
