Trails and Trilliums

Celebrating the Natural Wonder of the South Cumberland Plateau

Trails and Trilliums is a three day festival featuring guided hikes on the South Cumberland's most scenic trails; programs and workshops; a top notch native plant sale; and the works of guest artists participating in ART for the PARK. Proceeds from Trails and Trilliums benefit Friends of the South Cumberland State Park, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Trails and Trilliums is held on the grounds of the historic Monteagle Sunday School Assembly in Monteagle, Tennessee. The Assembly, with its charming cottages, creeks, bridges and gardens is an ideal spot for this unique event. Workshops and programs are presented throughout the weekend, providing wonderful opportunities to learn about the history of the Plateau, its plants, birds, animals and even fairy sculptures!
