The Beeline Bazaar was created 10 years ago to assist the Hutchison junior class in raising money for the student directed Community Service Endowment Fund and the traditional Junior-Senior Luncheon. Since then, the Beeline Bazaar has become a widely popular event in the Memphis area for both vendors and shoppers. The bazaar is an opportunity for key learning experiences in entrepreneurship, marketing, and event management for the Hutchison students who coordinate it and beneficial to the community nonprofit grant recipients of the Hutchison Community Service Endowment Fund.

Members of the junior class are responsible for organizing, marketing, and managing the student-run event. A majority of the proceeds are designated for local charities through the Hutchison Community Service Endowment Fund. The endowment fund is directed by the student-run Philanthropic Literacy Board. In 2012, the Hutchison Community Service Endowment Fund assisted in funding a student directed grant to the Memphis Child Advocacy Center. In 2013, Beeline Bazaar added nearly $8,000 to the Hutchison Community Service Endowment Fund established in 2004 to underwrite grants to area non-profits. As a result, the student-run endowment fund was able to give grants to First Book Mid-South and Knowledge Quest. The 2014 recipients of the grant were De Neuville Learning Center and Memphis Oral School For The Deaf.
